Bourbon Barrel Foods makes an effort to source as many domestic ingredients as they can. Their chili peppers come from Rio Valley, a family-owned farm in Las Cruces, NM. They harvest, wash, and sort all the peppers by hand, and then place them on long, wooden trays. At every step of the process, from drying to custom blending, they show the same commitment to quality,
